Our Paint Technology
Our down-draft spray booth with forced air curing system allows our paint technician to control the atmosphere in the three stages of applying paint to automobile body panels.
Stage 1: Bringing the body panels to a stable spraying temperature. Our paint, the panels and air are all within three degrees of each other to ensure quality every time we apply paint.
Stage 2: Applying the base coats and clear coats at an application specific temperature. This gives us a distinct advantage in ensuring a perfect match every time.
Stage 3: Curing. Our forced air down-draft system creates a stable environment that can bake material from 120 degrees to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
